How to change your server's Java Version

This guide will show you how to change your Java version on the Raw Power Panel

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Startup Settings' tab on the panel.

Step 2: In the ‘Java Version’ Widget you can use the dropdown to select your java version.

The main Java versions are Java 8, 11, 14, 16 and 17. Java 8 is best for versions 1.7.10 to 1.12, while 1.15.2-1.16.5 benefits more from Java 11. Use Java 16 for versions 1.17 and Java 17 for 1.18+

If you do not see a drop-down selector, chances are you have a different egg that doesn't have a java selector. Make a ticket on our Discord and our Support Agents will be happy to assist!
