If you want to transfer an existing service to another user, make a ticket on our Discord and provide us with both your billing portal emails and the discord ID and tag for the new user, so we can add them to the ticket.
Once the both of you are in a support ticket, a Support Agent will guide you further.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRANSFER OWNERSHIP OF YOUR SERVER BY YOURSELF. OWNERSHIP IS INTEGRATED AND SHOULD BE HANDLED BY BILLING SUPPORT!
