How to check if a PayPal subscription is active

  1. Visit https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist and login to your PayPal account. This link works for both Business and Personal PayPal accounts.
  2. Under ‘Pre-approved payments’ click on ‘Show active’. If you see a listing under the name ‘Dedicated MC, LLC’ it means you do have an active PayPal subscription with DedicatedMC.

How to cancel a PayPal subscription

Please note: If you cancel your PayPal subscription, you will have to manually pay each invoice on the DedicatedMC portal. You must cancel this subscription if you intend to stop paying for your service(s).

  1. Visit https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist and login to your PayPal account. This link works for both Business and Personal PayPal accounts.
  2. Under ‘Pre-approved payments’ click on ‘Show active’. Select ‘Dedicated MC, LLC’ and next to ‘Status’ click ‘Cancel’.
  3. When prompted, click ‘Stop Pre-Approved Payments’.
  4. It will then give you a confirmation message. When you press ‘Ok’ it will show that the subscription is now ‘Inactive’.
